R&L Property Management advertises in many local publications, such as area maps and targeted marketing brochures. We are members of the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce and the Bonner County Association of Realtors to increase our exposure to people seeking to relocate to the Sandpoint / Bonner County area.

• Maintenance, repair and contracting services at competitive rates, with quality, insured workmanship. We offer lawn mowing and yard maintenance, snow removal, painting, minor plumbing and electrical repairs as well as complete remodels. We charge no additional fees or percentages for jobs we subcontract for our clients.

• Bill-paying services for expenses such as mortgages, association dues, insurance and utilities

• Direct deposits to bank accounts

• Eviction and collection services
